A keen eye for the body's long game.
Nutrition and mobility coaching for men who don't have time to waste: direct, dependable, and sharply attuned to the details that keep a body working for decades. Tested through James's own rebuild from serious injury, and through years feeding professional cycling teams and yacht owners who couldn't afford to feel off.
Two decades built into every session.
James has spent his career inside environments that don't forgive mistakes: cooking for owners and guests aboard luxury yachts, building performance nutrition programs for professional cycling teams on the road, season after season. The most personal part of his training, though, came from rebuilding his own body through serious injury. That experience is where this practice actually comes from, not a certification, a recovery.
At forty, his own history of breakdown and repair shapes every protocol he builds. Tools like rope flow, clubs, maces, and kettlebells aren't chosen for show. They're chosen because they train control and range, the qualities that keep a body working long after youth stops doing the job for you.
Longevity, built with precision.
“If you want the guy who's going to make you buff, I'm not your guy. There are plenty of those out there. I'm not pushing peptides. I'm working with your body to build something you can thrive in for the long term.”
James is forty, not twenty-five, and that's the point. This is a practice built around range of motion, body awareness, and sustainable strength, for professional athletes and teams who need gains without breakdown, and for men who want their bodies to keep pace with demanding lives without turning fitness into a second job. Nutrition is part of the same system: performance food that's genuinely worth eating, so the plan is one you can actually stay on.
From assessment to a plan you'll actually keep.
Assessment

Protocol
A mobility and nutrition plan built around your body, your schedule, and food you'll actually want to eat.

Common questions
Do I need to be an athlete?
No. Most clients are men in their 30s-50s who want their bodies to keep pace with demanding lives. Professional athletes are one part of the practice, not all of it.
What if I'm currently dealing with an injury?
This is exactly where the method comes from. James rebuilt his own function through serious injury, and works with clients doing the same.
Where do sessions happen?
Studio-based in Bali for Foundation and most Performance sessions, with embedded travel available at the Elite tier.
